NUMBERPERF

NumberPerf uniquely identifies each passport, card, cheque or driving license, as a unique number is perforated. The laser creates holes, which have a conical shape and no reverse embossing. NumberPerf allows easy and reliable authentication of the passport book.

The numbers are presented in a 4 x 5 matrix, up to 9 digits. Optionally the number can be read from the data in the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) using a camera.

The systems offer the following numbering methods:

- Sequential numbering up
- Sequential numbering down
- Numbering from an ASCII file of numbers
