The Quality, Safety, Security, Health and Environment (QSSHE) Officer within IAI is responsible for aligning work procedures to applicable regulations and the practical way of working. You ensure IAI meets the security standards of customers and complies with laws and regulations. Moreover, you prepare reports concerning safety, incidents and accident registration. The QSSHE Officer identifies trends, together with the function responsible align procedures to mitigate risks, advises the organization on safety and environmental matters, draws up regulations and procedures and monitors compliance. Moreover, you provide information and instructions and give trainings to promote safety awareness among employees. The QSSHE Officer sharpens and promulgates QMS procedures, requests clearances, stays informed on laws and regulations, manages the complaint registration system and performs internal and external (supplier) audits.
What we expect
You have a higher educational degree in technical studies. We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a technical environment and have similar work experience. The QSSHE Officer has knowledge of laws and regulations, quality systems (ISO9001/14001/27001) and 8D methodology. Furthermore, you are secure, practical and hands-on of character and have experience with composing and adapting procedures and control requirements. Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required and additional languages are desired. You are located in the Netherlands.
