As a proud Dutch company, IAI Industrial Systems is honoured to deliver the personalisation technologies for the Dutch driving licence, in partnership with RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority).
IAI’s systems have been selected for the personalisation of the Dutch driving licence issued by RDW. The project includes four CardMaster® One systems, complemented by a full-service agreement. Additionally, IAI’s solutions have been selected to personalize the Dutch Vehicle Registration Card. This collaboration reinforces IAI’s strong roots in the Netherlands and its contribution to national identity security.
This driving licence enhances both the design and security of the document, demonstrating the quality assurance of IAI’s solutions and their ability to meet the specific requirements of each project.

The Dutch driving licence has won the “Best New Travel Document 2026” award at High Security Printing EMEA, the leading international conference for secure printing and document production technologies. The event highlights the latest innovations in the issuance of secure identity documents across the EMEA region.
