IAI Industrial Systems is proud to be the manufacturer of the ePassports for Ghana.
IAI’s systems have been chosen for the personalisation process of Ghana’s ePassports. The project included four BookMaster® Pro systems, delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With this development, both the design and security of Ghana’s ePassports have been significantly enhanced.
These systems generate two formats of ePassports, 64 pages and 32 pages, designed to improve security and durability. After issuing the machines, IAI Industrial Systems provided comprehensive training to equip the customer team members with the necessary technical knowledge for routine operation and maintenance. Additionally, IAI conducts two preventive maintenance visits each year to ensure the continued success and reliability of the ePassport system.
Ghana’s new ePassport is fully personalised by the following security features:
